2 Analysis of human cognitive characteristic based on EEG (electroencephalogram)
Human behavior is thought to be formed based on perception and recognition and judgment. When someone obtain various information through human machine interaction (HMI), the timing or depth of their recognition and perception often depend on the design of the HMI. In cases when performing two tasks simultaneously, humans cannot pay their attention to a particular object or situation sufficiently.
In this theme, we study affect of the specification of HMI on human cognitive characteristics and human attentive characteristics when performing multiple tasks simultaneously, based on EEG measurement, in order to assist the design of HMI or the improvement of cognitive task.
